Hi there! My name is Alyssa and I’m the owner of A&A’s Bakery.

It’s been a dream of mine to have a bakery since I was very young. I find so much joy in baking, but I also find it to be great for practicing hard work and patience. Baking at any level has always excited me, and continues to do so today! I’ve spent a lot of my life crafting in my home kitchen, but I have also been privileged enough to work with and learn from some of the best bakers around the Connecticut shoreline. For about four years, I have spent most of my days with the kindest people and most diligent workers I know. I feel so lucky to have absorbed so much from them.

The name “A&A’s” comes from my name, combined with my best friend and boyfriend of five years, Anthony. Anthony is my number one fan, and he inspires me everyday to do what I am passionate about. He also adores cooking and makes the most beautiful, tasty dishes. While it has been my dream to open a bakery since I was a kid, honoring him after his passing will always be a major part of why I do what I do.
